Ms. W. versus Peoria Sports Complex. While attending a concert, the crowd began “crowd surfing” and another concert patron was thrown into Ms. W. Client fractured her C2 vertebrae.

The insurance company argued, that it is known that crowd surfing can happen at a concert and therefore the plaintiff assumed the risk.  Ultimately we were able to receive a favorable settlement for the client.
