$115,000 Motorcycle Accident Settlement

While Mr. K was riding his motorcycle, a SUV negligently pulled out in front of him and cited for failing to yield the right away. Mr. K tried, but was unable to avoid the collision. As a result of the accident, Mr. K broke his femur which required surgery to repair.

The insurance company contested liability, claiming that Mr. K was partially at fault.  The insurance company argued that Mr. K was speeding and was therefore partially at fault.  We were able to show that the client was not speeding and were able to achieve a good settlement for our client.
